My journey in the real estate business has revealed a glaring truth: the absence of genuine care among brokers. They failed to prioritize my needs as a single mother striving to provide for my family. But through my struggles, I found my purpose—to care deeply for my Tribe, my Crew, my Family.

In envisioning Westshire Group, I saw an opportunity to create a Brokerage where mentorship goes beyond mere instruction—it embodies Empathy and Support. I believe that with the right Guidance and genuine care, agents can easily achieve remarkable success in this industry.

At Westshire Group, my mission is clear: to Coach, Educate, and Empower my Agents to build businesses that yield consistent Cash flow. • $5000 flat fees for Unlimited Commercial Real Estate Education & more (Several fee payment structures Available)
• First 2 deals of each speciality is 50/50 split because there will be aggressive training on them & most of work will be done by Sr Agent/Broker to train you.

*”Courtesy Leads” - Only time there will be a split is when Senior Agents or Broker give their leads to you as courtesy, those leads are always 50/50 split.
